The room was clean, well-appointed and had an amazing view. We’ve stayed at APATB many times and this property was by far our favorite. Already ready to go back!!!!

Bring your binoculars! The view of the ocean is amazing. The unit was just perfect for me & my husband. Everything you need is supplied.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was so well decorated with all the necessities. Felt more like someone’s home than a rental. Comfy couch, all the necessary kitchen items and great vibes! We’ll keep an eye out for 324 in the future!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. We had the best time will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful views of the beach & ocean waves. Lots of dolphins and brown pelicans. Lovely little hideaway.

We have stayed at this resort multiple times over several years. We’ve stayed all over the property. This is a nice full oceanfront room on the 3rd floor. The furniture has been updated and it’s decorated beautifully. The bathrooms and appliances have not been updated. I’m 5’7 and the master bath shower head was at my chin. Practically had to kneel to shower properly. Neither bathroom exhaust fans worked, hence the water droplet run stains down the walls and on the pictures. The shower curtain liners were full of mold. The top bunk bed was not made, sheets were left wrapped in a plastic bag. The carpet in the master was disgusting and stained. There was a roach and a giant spider in the master bath, I’ve never experienced bugs in any other unit here. The entire complex was full of pot smoke almost the entire time we were there, security was a joke and didn’t care. They show you a map of where the parking lot floods when “heavy rain” happens. The entire parking lot flooded over several inches twice when we were there with light rain. We had to walk through nasty water to get to the car for two days, then they started pumping the water out, but only half the lot. This resort is sadly going downhill. Vacasa instructions were confusing and contradictory. Several times it says empty the dishwasher and other spots say just start it and leave at checkout. You must get a packet from the front desk on your way in and a packet from the Vacasa office off property if you didn’t get codes online.
