Get ready for a breezy vacation at this second-floor, dog-friendly condo! Enjoy access to incredible community amenities, including an outdoor pool, and private beach access directly across the street. Second-row views of the ocean can be seen from your private balcony, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area for meals alfresco. Spend lazy evenings watching your favorite movies in the living area while the chef of the group treats everyone to delicious snacks or full-course meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, so cooking time should definitely be a breeze. There is even a stainless steel dishwasher to make post-meal clean up fast and simple. The dining table seats four people comfortably, which is perfect for more formal family meals.

Love it being dog friendly and the view is amazing. Issues we had were that the refrigerator would not close (maintenance would not fix, so we duct taped it shut all week), not enough chairs on the porch (one was broken), sandy comforter’s on arrival, bathroom door in master does not close fully, and you have to use a cheap step stool to reach the dryer. This was so dangerous and the dryer did not work well. The villa has so much potential. I believe just a little effort and TLC could change this into an amazing place to stay.

Location and beach access were great ! Washer and drier need replacing . Clutter needs to be removed . Dishes and coffee maker need replacing . Outdoor furniture needs replacing . AC filter needs replacing and AC is excessively loud turning on and off throughout the night . Tennis court and pool need lots of TLC and maintenance . Outlets in both bathrooms did not work , tub drains need maintenance
