Second-row views of the ocean can be seen from your private balcony, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area for meals alfresco. Location and beach access were great ! Washer and drier need replacing . Clutter needs to be removed . Dishes and coffee maker need replacing . Outdoor furniture needs replacing . AC filter needs replacing and AC is excessively loud turning on and off throughout the night . Tennis court and pool need lots of TLC and maintenance . Outlets in both bathrooms did not work , tub drains need maintenance
