I enjoyed the time away from the house beach and surrounding areas.

Location was good

The room was clean and as described. It had all the amenities we needed. The location was also nice- within walking distance to some great restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk around in as well.

My wife and I stayed for three nights and four days, and overall, it was a great, relaxing trip. The location is ideal—within walking distance to several restaurants and just a short drive to two nearby grocery stores. It’s also walkable to the beach, as long as you’re not carrying too much gear like coolers or umbrellas. The space was perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. The bed was comfortable, and the room included a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and both indoor and outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. A couple of things to note: we were only provided with one trash bag and one coffee pod for our entire stay, so you may want to bring a few extras. We also experienced some communication issues. The listing stated that no parking was available, but the description mentioned parking on the right side of the driveway. When we reached out via text, we were told there was no parking, which was a bit confusing. We also inquired about the EV charger, but didn't get a clear answer and weren’t sure it would have reached across the driveway anyway. Despite a few small hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for couples looking to unwind.

This was a great alternative to a hotel room for our short stay. Comfy furnishings and nicely decorated. Short walk to beach, Middleton Park, and Nature Center.

Previous renter belongings left behind, hadn't been cleaned up. Found a huge roach crawling across the floor. Large trash can outside beside the main entry door was less than inviting. Stinky summer smell, flies all over it. Comfy bed, cute decorations.
