The house was in a great location. Access to water, great ICW views and a short walk to the beach. Loved all the porches and balconies. The pool was so refreshing.

Quick weekend trip for our friends birthday and really enjoyed our time in Holden Beach. The pool was the star of the show for us! Great front porch to have coffee to start your day and a relatively short walk to the beach access. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we could have needed for our short stay, would definitely come back!

It was perfect for all of us and our kids!! The pool was amazing and kept our kiddos entertained. We loved the backyard! The house was plenty stocked! We would love to go back!

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and how well the home was decorated! It has views of the water in the front and back of the home in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. You can tell that the owners of this property went all out to insure renters have a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property!

The house was great. The only things I would mention are there are only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms, there was no view from the living room of the beautiful channel in the back or waterway in the front. It would have been nice to have this view while being inside of the house. But the covered front porch was wonderful! And the screened in patio and deck were also wonderful as well! The fire detector went off randomly several times but there was no fire or smoke in the house?? The pool area was awesome; however, the pool was small (but nice). It would have been even nicer if there were a handrail to help with coming in and out of the pool. A couple of pool floats would have been nice, but we went and bought one so no real big deal. But overall, the house was amazing. We had a great week. LOVED the fenced in yard for our 2 fur babies!! It was a little pricey but we decided to go with it anyway, mainly because of the pool, fence and dock. We loved being able to bring our boat over from the marina and keep it at the dock here for the week while we stayed at the house.
