This is absolutely charming little house, with everything you need. We stayed there probably 5 times and will come back again. Perfect location with great restaurants. Friendly Holden Beach guarantees the best view of sunrise and sunset.

this is my third year, renting this charming cottage. It’s perfect, though I do wish the homeowners would put more care into it. The porch door are going out in the back has never closed, there are rusted old beach chairs still under the deck that have been there for years and the deck itself is in pretty bad shape. When we walked in upon first entry, two paintings and a cheap piece of an aluminum covering a drywall hole, fell and hit the floor from the wind coming through the door. It’s a great intimate little stay, but they need to put some effort into it for me to come back.

I stayed there before - it's one of my favorite places. It's tiny and cozy, right next to the beach - perfect, if you are into solo vacations when you just want to enjoy time by yourself.

The house is in a really good location with easy access to the beach. It was easy to find and it was easy to get to the house. The house was clean but very small. The bathroom is almost impossible to use. The house and especially the decks really need an update!!! It feels very cluttered and could use a better set up and some brightening up to make the place feel a little bigger. The shrubs at the dunes could use a little trim to help make it easier to get through the gate to the beach access. The bugs and flies on the front deck facing the beach were TERRIBLE!!! No matter how much bug spray we used we still got eaten up by bugs. I personally don’t think I would stay here again in the condition it is in. Some extra recommendations that would help make the house better to stay in would be a covered porch and possibly a sky deck to be able to see the beach and ocean over the dunes.

I love this place and its location! I love that great sheets and great towels as well as toilet paper and paper towels are provided… a God send before grocery shopping! I really loved the box of complimentary various detergents Vacasa provides too!!! I hated the couch and chair. They are worn completely out and desperately need to be replaced.

Cool Location. Cool house from the outside. Super small. Tiny bed. Tiny house. Two people max. I wouldn’t stay again.
