The adjacent dining table presents a lovely space to sit and eat, once the chef of your family has shown off their culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen. On especially sweet summer days, fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue!

With four bright, spacious, and comfortable bedrooms to choose from - everyone is sure to be content. Private TVs, high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning round out the excellent amenities in each of the rooms. Additionally inside, appreciate having access to board games and a private washer/dryer.

This is an amazing location, with beautiful views and a great coastal Carolina vibe. The location of the house is right in the culdesac near the intercoastal waterway, which was very convenient for fishing with the kids. The convenience of having two showers when returning from the beach was great, as well as the beach accessories being provided. Would 100% stay at this location again.

Sunny Side Up served our family well during our stay. The walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes but wasn't terrible. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful to be on 17th Street. Overall we would consider staying at Sunny Side Up again but would be pleased if there were some updates to the house such as furniture.

Cons: • Cleanliness: The blinds were dusty, the living room table was sticky, and the refrigerator had not been thoroughly cleaned. • Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi did not work throughout our stay, which was inconvenient. • Entryway: Accessing the home was more complicated than expected, and clearer instructions would have been helpful. Overall, while the property had some great features, the cleaning and maintenance could use improvement. Addressing these concerns would make it a much better experience for future guests.
