OIB32 Gabriel's Paradise

We loved the location and the view. The kitchen was well stocked. The place is very clean.

The place was good but I had no idea they do not allow golfcarts. Had I known I would have booked a different place. We had two parking passes but they still would not let us park a golf cart in the empty spot:(

The best part of the room was the view and oceanfront balcony. The room was musty smelling upon arrival. They brought an air purifier, but the filter was moldy so we didn’t use. Way too much stuff in the condo. There were 2 TVs on the dresser in the one bedroom and a trunk and tv in the closet in the other bedroom. Really no where for our stuff. Also it’s nice to have a variety of dishes, but the cupboards were crammed full. Under the kitchen sink was a hot mess. I tried to organize it when we arrived.

The large tvs pictured did not work, they had small tvs sitting in front of them, but even then we had to call to have one replaced because you couldn’t change the channel. The tv in the living rooms speaker is busted. Dishes were dirty. None of the patio furniture was safe to sit on. One chairs fabric ripped as soon as we sat down, one chair completely fell off the base right after sitting in it, then to top it off my husband sat in a rocking chair and it completely fell through causing him to hurt himself. There was a decor shelf in the living room that was broken with sharp edges which was unsafe for our child. Was not very clean upon inspection after arrival. The only thing we loved was the view, the walk to the beach wash short, and the pool/outside property was nice, and the lock on the gate to the beach and pool was very nice. Will be back to OIB, unfortunately will just have to look for a better condo/house..

This condo was clean and nicely equipped. Great location on the island. The pool was clean and in good condition. Communication with Vacasa was easy and frequent. We would stay here again.
