This house was perfect for us. Beautiful marsh view and public beach access across the street. The kitchen is well stocked and the open living area gave us plenty of room to be together but also spread out.

We were so excited to see so many appliances in the home. They had pleanty of dishes,pots,pan, and appliances. The stove, two refrigerators and outside grill was nice to have. Beach access is at the 35 mile sign ( private acess- between twohouses) There were also plenty of towels to use. The sunroom was nice to have to view theocean.We will love to rent again no questions asked.

This house has plenty of spaces to spread out and enjoy the partial views of the ocean in the front and the intercostal waterway in the back. It was fun watching all the boats go by. There is a beach access to the left (from the house facing the road) at the 35 mph sign, and also a public beach access 3/10 of a mile up the road to the right. Make sure to bring your own beach gear. There is an elevator. We enjoyed our stay and were not ready to leave!
