Great location with regards to beach access and close driving distance to restaurants and accessible parking. The unit was clean enough but definitely could use some sprucing up and a little extra maintenance. The taps leaked in the bathrooms from around the handles, covering the countertops with water. The tv is damaged and flickers constantly when it’s on. The Vacasa app has limited information about the unit/building. The outside of the building has also seen better days compared to most of homes around it. Great options for coffee amenities, great spacious fridge with filtered water, and beds were fine to sleep on. Towels and bedding clean. On site laundry down stairs- not coin operated- two washers and dryers free to use. Check out was a bit early- 10am.. considering we couldn’t check in until 4pm. No guide/book offering suggestions about the area or amenities. All in all it is comfortable enough but a little extra attention by the owner/management company would go a long way in sprucing up the place.
