This home is fully renovated featuring all new flooring, paint, countertops, appliances, vanities, furniture, and TVs, creating an elegant and pristine environment. Spend quality time together in the open living area watching TV, feasting at a large dining table, and preparing meals in the well-equipped full kitchen. Multi-level sundecks are furnished with rockers and offer serene water views. Extra amenities include central heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Lol. The title isn’t what you think. It was just me and my niece. This little weekend getaway was nice. We enjoyed our time in the home. It was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The people we encountered were friendly. The beach access is directly across the street, loved that! All appliances in the home worked (can’t speak on the dishwasher, small Keurig, or toaster oven, bc we didn’t use those). Ice maker on fridge worked. It took a long time for hot water to surface in the kitchen, but the hot water in the showers were almost immediate. Shower pressure was great. My only gripe was the beds were too firm. My body ached the next morning. However, my niece enjoyed her bed. She loves firm. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my quiet get away and I definitely recommend this home for a stay. P.S. A heads up, the bunk beds are made for small kids. They are quite short. Cute 🥰, but short. So, a teenager or adult would not be able to sleep in them comfortably. If you’re over 4 ft would have to sleep in a fetal position to sleep in the bunk beds.

The house accommodated all 8 of us well. The beds and couches were comfortable. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans, but not a deal breaker. The beach access was just across the street and made it easy to carry all of our beach stuff everyday (no stairs). We love that it was closer to the west end of the beach also. Had a great week and made some great memories!

This home is a fantastic location for easy access to the beach. It is directly across from the beach access making back and forth with kids very easy. The home was great for our three families with children. Downside to the home is that it doesn’t have any outdoor “yard space” for kids to play. The outdoor areas could also use some TLC but overall would definitely recommend!

This home is located on the second row but is straight across from a beach access. Rocking chairs on the front porch are great for morning coffee. Comfortable living furniture and a well-appointed kitchen. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and would stay again.
