Who does not love an oceanfront home that you can wake up in the morning, make a cup of coffee, and sit on the covered front porch while listening to the waves of the ocean.

After a long day on the beach, you can wash off at the outside shower.

Adults and/or kids can enjoy a game of ping-pong.

The home offers ceiling fans, TV in the main living area, wood burning fireplace, private walkway to the beach, sofa bed in the living room, central heat & air, FREE WiFi, and everything you would need to have an enjoyable vacation!

Bedrooms 1-3 are located on the top level of the home.

4th bedroom is located downstairs with private bathroom and separate entrance (no interior stairs).

Overall, this house gets a generous three stars from our group. The house is in desperate need of a makeover. From rotten rocking chairs on the front porch to tools out in the garage, this house is lacking quite a bit of attention. When we arrived, not only were there are several smoke detectors that were missing or had no batteries, but one of the coffee tables was already broken. If you are counting on using the bedroom on the lower level then you will be sorely disappointed. It smelled like paint thinner and cigarettes, and we were unable to use it during our stay. Luckily, our group was able to accommodate everybody being in the upstairs rooms. In addition to needing an update, the beds were not queen sized but rather full-sized beds. I would recommend bringing your own cooking oils and other kitchen needs as there were very little amenities at the house. One of the nicer parts about this house is that the location is great. Not only is the house close to the ocean and the walk down to the beach is very short, but this side of the beach is quiet with very little traffic in the evenings. There were beach toys available for the kids, and the neighbors on either side are well distanced for privacy purposes. It needs a heavy upgrade, but that is truly reflected in how affordable the stay is. Just keep your expectations in check.

Deceptively advertised as four bedroom home. Fourth bedroom in basement is so musty and humid, it’s uninhabitable. Outdoor shower is simply to wash off sand after returning from beach.
