Enjoy the great location and wonderful ocean views of this four-bedroom, four-bath, oceanfront home. 'It's After 12' is located at 238 OBE and has all the convenience and space to comfortably accommodate your guests. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and a single and the second bedroom has a queen with a private bathroom. The second floor has two baths and two bedrooms with a queen and single in the first and a queen in the second. You'll have central AC, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, a DVD player, and free WiFi. Other amenities include open and covered porches, a fish sink, an outside shower, a walkway to the beach, and parking under the house.

The cottage is cozy yet lots of space. It has a great kitchen set up. The beach side bedrooms are awesome. The road side rooms are really practical. Beach acres is so easy that you can go back and forth so easily. Great cottage! Thanks!

This house has the perfect location. There is no house immediately to the left, as you look at the ocean. The added top floor deck affords some nice privacy and wonderful views. The large picture window and spacious front porch are perfect for just watching and enjoying the ocean views.

We have stayed at this property before and it doesn’t appear to be properly maintained. Plumbing issues, broken blinds, and just neglect of the property evident. Would not recommend.

Our house was perfect! Loved the location, cleanliness, ease of check-in and check-out, and the communication! The kitchen was well stocked, the outside shower was nice and roomy; just a cute, cozy beach home! Will definitely rent this house again if at all possible! Thanks for making our first stay on Holden Beach FANTABULOUS!!!

We have been in this house 5 out of the past 7 years. The location is amazing. No houses to your left, room to the house on the right. Perfect beach. The inside is very dated, no TV in the bedrooms. This was alway ok, because this house has always been a deal for 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. When looking to book for next year it's 1k more for the week. For the price now, we will likely not be coming back unless the update things. I understand everything goes up, but so do expectations. Overall it's still a nice vacation spot. Just watch out for the friendly island Palmetto bugs at night. They will fight you for your pizza.
