Enjoy easy beach access from this second-row home! Completely renovated and refurbished, this three-bedroom, two-bath house can accommodate everyone comfortably with single-story convenience. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two singles, and the third has a queen. Edify has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, a Playstation 2, a DVD player, and free WiFi. Other amenities include a large and open deck, covered parking, an outside shower, and close beach access.

Quiet Clean and close to Beach access ..Covered parking so u don't get into a boiling hot car and could set on the swing in the porch area to enjoy the cool breeze

The Edify house has a great handicap beach ramp location. It has the metal plate system out to the beach. It allowed me the ability to use my scooter to the end and cane my beach chair.

Pros: location! Fast Wi-Fi. Plenty of hot water. Cons: very old house. Leaks around doors and outside corners. Yes- water poured from one corner with every rain. Dusty and dirty. Hasn’t been deep cleaned in years. Stained carpets, moldy and rust covered vents. Don’t open the furnace closet- black and green mold everywhere!! A/C cannot keep up nor cool the front of the home. 10 degrees warmer in living area compared to bedrooms and bathrooms. Bee infestation that needed local maintenance twice to spray but still had issues with bees. I could keep going but this house needs serious TLC. Overall impression: steps from public beach access but not worth it.

We had a great time. It is all about location for this house. Minor updates and more comfortable beds would make this a five star rental for sure. I would look at the place for the future for sure.
