It has nice living and dining spaces, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, and other small appliances to meet your day-to-day needs. There is a cable TV, a DVD player, high-speed WiFi, a phone, a stereo, and a radio. Additionally, there are ceiling fans and central AC to keep everyone comfortable! We all just piled in and chilled with our besties all week! Fancier than we needed. Way more comfortable than we expected. We'll be back.

Great location on the beach, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen. The main problem was several large roaches that came out even while people were up in the evening with the lights on. Maybe 50 or so additional baby and young roaches - we killed many of them, but they were replaced each night with more.

Great house for a trip with friends! Very clean and comfortable and a decently stocked kitchen. We had 4 adults and 4 littles - rooms were dark for naps, we loved the shady porch, and water pressure in the outdoor shower was excellent! Definitely would stay again!

This is our 2nd year at Dowitcher. We love the home and it fits our large family perfectly! Everything was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Plenty of pantry space to store groceries. We are already planning another trip back next year!

When I got to the rental the TV was not working. I contacted customer service and within a couple hours a technician was on site and within another couple hours they replaced the TV.
