HB73 Dolphin Run

We love this house and location. This was our 2nd year staying there. Unfortunately, we had a terrible stay this year. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival which created a breeding ground of gnats in the kitchen. The ice maker was also broken. The dishwasher was fixed 2 days later. However, the gnats were not addressed after we spoke with a manager requesting a pest control company come out and take care of the issue. The ice maker was not repaired either. My wife has a condition and has to prepare all meals at home. Most of her time is spent in the kitchen. The gnats were a major issue and frustration. They were inside of the microwave. The dishes were washed by hand and a towel had to cover them while drying or they would be covered in gnats. We were told management would reach out during our stay to let us know how we would be reimbursed for the inconvenience but this has yet to happen. Our vacation ended 2 weeks ago. This is so disappointing. Also, the floating dock we enjoy fishing on is broken and completely unsafe to use. We love this house but Vacasa has fallen short in making this right.

Downstairs door had to be rekeyed while we stayed. Appliances downstairs did not work. Floating dock, boat lift, and dock out back all busted and potentially unsafe. Hole in wall in living room. They don’t mention flooding potential til you are already checked in

The location is excellent! Water pressure is terrific! The floating dock and stationary water deck needs to be repaired. The high tides broke them. Fishing is great! Beach access right up the street!

Very disappointed. They cleanliness was not good. We had to clean. Towels left and told by guest services that we could wash them but we could only use the washer one time for a 7day stay. Granite we didn’t use the towels it was from the previous guest. Utensils had food on them and some of the pots still had food. If you are paying someone to clean these places maybe you should check and make sure they are clean. And maybe go in and make sure no repairs are needed. Just saying. I love Vacasa, but this property just really disappointed me.
