Guests appreciated the roomy bedrooms, private bathrooms, comfortable beds, cozy living room, large dining area, and an inviting upper-level game room or den for relaxing. The home was also praised for being clean and well stocked with the necessities. Its location was a standout, with guests repeatedly enjoying the quick and easy walk to the beach and convenient access to nearby restaurants and the causeway. Guests also enjoyed the canal setting and views, along with the pleasant front porch with rocking chairs and a nice spot for fishing.

The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and the second floor has two single beds in the first bedroom and a queen in the second. Captain's Landing includes central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, and a cable TV. Other amenities include two covered porches, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the house, a floating dock on the canal, and good beach access.

This house was really great for the price. Newly updated deck railings and steps were nice. Had an awesome stay at Holden beach!

We enjoyed our stay here, but felt the home is in need of some updates, like some new carpet in places, new hardware in the outdoor shower etc. I'm sure its difficult keeping a rental place looking new in the salt air, but that's the challenge. A 10-digit code was needed for the entry door and that seemed a bit much. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and clean. I'd maybe give 3.5 if i could.

This home is located on a canal and easy access to the beach. The place is clean and roomy. Does need some updating of carpet, especially on the stairs. But, will definitely rent again.

not much to say about the house, it needs a lot of repairs and update. however the back porch view and downstairs where you park was the best thing about the house

Nice and quiet. Great location to beach, resturants, causeway and nice place to fish off the Canal. Had everything we needed. Would stay again. Just needs a little TLC. But awesome place for us.
