HB54 Captain's Villa 6-D Our White Pearl

The Location of the Captains Villa Units are so convenient to the beach just a short walk across the street and a nice view of the ocean and the dunes. We had a little island visitor, a small lone deer that grazed in the dunes and across the street at the private access lot all weekend and the Lantana that was blooming right below the deck attracted tons and ton of butterflies and birds. The unit itself was beautifully decorated! Nice Job Owners you did a beautiful job and used your space well. You put a lot of thought into the decor and it shows! The kitchen had just about anything we needed for our long weekend. The vacasa starter set with detergents, tp and paper towels was so helpful and they lefts us plenty of towels. This unit was super cute. The bedrooms are roomy and beautifull decorated as well - I know the thing now is memory foam mattresses and it seems like everyone has them because of the cost and convenience, but we are not fans at all - they are hot and become uncomfortable especially for older folks - this would be the only downside for me but that is personal preferance I know, so for us the beds weren't comfortabel because of this. I do wish the unit was pet friendly as we would have loved to bring our little guy, but again understand why the owners chose not to allow. We didn't use the pool or tennis courts or open the storage closet so I can't comment on any of those. Overall we really enjoyed our stay it was a beautiful space and the weather for us in October was perfect!

Convenient location to beach and great views from this unit! The interior refresh is well done and tastefully decorated (although bathroom floors and tub/showers are showing wear compared to the other aspects of the unit). Appreciated the Keurig and drip coffee maker options and nice supply of dishes and cooking items. Would recommend only using the beds in the two bedrooms for sleeping as the pullout sofa bed was not in good shape in terms of comfort. It was great to have access to the outside storage closet and use of the various chairs, beach wagon, etc. Really nice outdoor furniture on both the entry porch (rocking chairs) and the front deck (table and chairs) provide solid spaces for sitting. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and the area well-maintained. We really enjoyed our long weekend at this location!

Decorating was cute!

Loved the great location , convenient to access the beach directly across the street and great walkway. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Loved the porch with the beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient parking. We did notice however that the private parking lot and beach access were being used by people who were not guests at the condo complex. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We have visited Holden staying in this condo multiple times. The unobstructed ocean view from the unit is unsurpassed for 2nd row. There is a newly built private access to the beach which was a great improvement! The kitchen and home have everything we need for a relaxing week. Even the weather was perfect this time and the pool crystal clean!
