Second floor condo with pool and tennis court private WD and central AC

Love this building. Second time staying at Landmark II. Wouldn't stay at this particular condo until it is updated.

Loved this condo! This is our 5th year on the Gulf Shores and this was by far the best location and condo. The condo itself is quite large with the master bedroom being huge. There was more than enough storage for all our clothes. Second bedroom had a king sized adjustable bed that was very comfortable. Furniture is all good quality and it good shape. The kitchen had nice dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Also, the spice cabinet was stocked which was a very nice touch. The unit is on the second floor overlooking the pool and beach. On the road side of the building is a sundeck which is also on the second floor and contained the BBQ, a party area and lots of seating. Nice place for sun on cooler mornings. The grounds had 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts (outfitted for pickleball) and a shuffle board game. We found residents and guests all wonderful and we had a really great social time in the building. The building itself is located across the street from 6 restaurants, a number of shops and there are 2 hotels within a 3 minute walk. The Marriot offers live music on the weekends. It was also a 25 minute walk over the bridge into the city of Clearwater where there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and the great beach.
