Beautiful oceanfront condo on the beach with pool and WiFi walk to restaurants

The property is nice, could be cleaner on the inside. Enjoyed walks on the beach. While we were there we couldn’t use the balcony due to renovation but we were compensated.

This condo has very nice sized rooms. It is a corner unit so it has windows in every room which made it bright. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect to be able to walk to restaurants. The one bad thing is you can hear every footstep from the people above you being this is an older building. One week it was a family with 3 kids who ran, jumped and bounced balls constantly. The next week's renter you could hear their footsteps too. So bring ear plugs!

Perfect location, right on the beach. Clean condo with everything you need. Close to restaurants and shops, 5mins to Publix for bigger shopping.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable

The property exceeded my expectations. I would rate it 5 stars! The unit was spacious and had nice furniture throughout. Large kitchen. Good sized living room. Balcony was very spacious with exceptional views. The property itself exceeded my expectations. This is where the ball was dropped tremendously. Due to this, I rate this property a 4 star. Now to be fair, I am not sure whose fault this was but it was someone's. I reported this problem right away during the beginning of my stay and expressed how big of a deal it was. I reported it I think 3 times and then realized nothing would be done and I would just have to absorb the multiple daily frustrations. The issue was just totally disregarded or ignored. The issue was the beach access which is why most would rent the property to begin with. The beach access is through 2 gates. The first gate there was no issue at all. The second gate has a problem with the lock. Each day it would take a minimum of about 15 minutes for EACH opening of the gate. This was due to the lock not working properly. Everyone at this complex had this issue. It was not just me. So, each day there would be several people there jiggling a key in the lock until someone got lucky and it would open. Customer service did not care at all that their guests would have to deal with this issue EACH and every time that you needed to go through this gate. Such a simple fix but there was simply no desire or motivation to have it repaired. I told customer service if anything else they could just disable the lock(until repaired)because it was double gated to keep trespassers from fully entering the property. No one cared. Surprisingly, upon further research by past guests, this very issue has been reported multiple times before my visit. Obviously, no one cares. I was irritated daily thoughout my visit due to this issue. But, again, simple fix. No one cares as long as they get your money. Which they did. Fantastic property, but you better check and question this has been addressed before you rent and better hope that you do not have an issue that needs to be addressed during your stay. If the gate is fixed, and you have no issues during your stay, you should be golden. The property is absolutely fantastic!
