The room was severely outdated and incredibly unclean, far from what I expected at this so-called resort. The amenities were practically nonexistent. The TVs, which were about 10 years old, could barely pick up any local channels. The pull-out sofa was a safety hazard with metal springs poking through, and the mattress was in terrible condition. My kids had to sleep on a separate mattress on the floor. There was only one extra blanket for the entire suite, which was supposed to accommodate four people. To make matters worse, I discovered black mold in the shower, and when I contacted Vacasa, their local representative seemed to suggest it was my fault for not reporting it sooner, as if the mold had just appeared overnight. We also had a broken balcony chair and a fridge with a shelf that was falling apart. This experience was a total letdown and nothing like the Sandpearl Resort I was expecting. The worst part was that I had called the Sandpearl directly a few days before my reservation to confirm, only to be told there was no reservation under my name. I then contacted Vacasa, who assured me they would take care of it. Every time I tried to get beach or pool towels, the staff seemed to have no record of my name, and I had to be embarrassed while they called a supervisor to sort it out. The compensation they offered was laughable, especially after being exposed to black mold, which is a serious health hazard. I would never book through Vacasa again, and this was a complete disappointment

Spacious room with great amenities. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The street below balcony is decent view but noisy so not ideal of looking for a quiet stay at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Everything about Sandpearl 757 was nice except the WiFi and the TV remote control in the living room. The WiFi didn’t work, not sure what’s going on between Vacasa and the Sandpearl Resort. When we discussed the WiFi issue, we were treated like a ball kicked between the Resort front desk and Vacasa customer service, after two days’ struggle we gave up, ended up with no free WiFi during the five days stay. BTW, the TV remote control was not working well either. Other than that everything was good.
