Oceanside 305 is a great place to stay. Awesome views, location and amenities one drawback, the floors between levels are paper thin, hopefully no toddlers in the above unit! Try for the 4th floor units.

We’ve stayed at Oceanside for 3 years in a row and this was our favorite condo out of the three! It was very clean! Plenty of towels and beach gear! I messaged beforehand and was told there were 2 beach chairs and no umbrella but we found 4+ chairs and an umbrella upon arrival. That was a nice surprise! There were beach toys, a cooler and a bag too. The condo is very quiet which is so nice. We’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs and appreciated that they labeled the light switches. This is often missed by so many rental properties and it is so handy! Communication was great and checking in was easy! We love IRB and the location of this condo makes it convenient to walk to restaurants and the ice cream shop (which we did every single day! 😋) I would love to book here again!
