Brand new home near the beach with private pool patio and balcony

Overall, this property was beautiful and was within walking distance from the beach access and local shops and restaurants. I wish people didn’t trash it and make it less appealing to visit in person. Having said that, I wish that the property manager would take more pride in it and fix the things that are not working/broken instead of allowing people to book it when things are damaged or not working properly. Before booking, I would call and check to see if the oven is working properly (we bought food we couldn’t cook because the knob to control the oven was broken - we reported it amongst other things like a toilet not able to flush and stains/marks on the walls and stairs and they were never addressed during our stay). Again, the property was beautiful and decorated nicely, however, Vacasa was not responsive to our concerns during our 3 night stay. I’m not sure I’ll be booking with them again.

We traveled will 2 other couples and 5 kids. The home was stocked and the pool was a hit. We enjoyed our time! The a/c went out upstairs the the first night to which it took 3 visits to completely fix but it did cool down and was fixed same night. Would def stay again! Quick walk to the beach!

Our family stayed for 4 days & had a wonderful time. There was an issue with one of the toilets but they came next day to fix it. Would come back & stay again!

Great House And Location For Multiple Family Vacation We stayed for a week with three families in one, which totaled 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 3-year old.  This house had everything we needed.  The house was laid out in a way where every family had the bedrooms and bathrooms that they needed.  The common areas of the house were well laid out.  The house is practically across the street from the beach.  The house is new and very well equipped.  A pool heater would make this house unbeatable as a week long rental.  Other than that, this is a great stay in a great area.  We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the house, it was beautiful and the beds were great. The play pen and kids kitchen stuff was an excellent addition. Our biggest gripe with the house is that the pool gets no sun and it isn’t heated so it was useless our entire stay. Unless you’re traveling in May -Sept it will likely be way too cold, although the space is beautiful.

We rented the house for a reunion of friends who had not seen each other in 25 years. The house is perfect. The beds were comfortable (even the bunk bed) The bedding was soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect, I went for a walk each morning on the beach. The table chairs are bit narrow for those of us with large backsides, but the barstools were comfy.
