Overall, the condo is lovely. However there are definitely some areas for improvement. First of all, Holiday Isles Property Management, Inc. needs to be on the same page as Vacasa. The check-in instructions were inaccurate: no key in the lock box to get into the lobby; no keyless door to get into Unit 505. We had to improvise. This did not match our instructions that were emailed to us. Next, the property management company notified us that no guests were allowed at Reflections on the Gulf! The unit itself has a leaking hose at the kitchen faucet wand. Also, the unit needs a new vacuum cleaner. Lastly, the Nest thermostat had a mind of its own. It would not cool to our desired setting throughout the night. Hopefully, someone will act on these suggestions. We signed a ten page contract for the property management company at least six times! It is not user friendly and is unnecessary, especially for guests in their seventies.

Upon entering ROG-505 we knew we’d love it! The sun was shining brightly and we could see the Gulf. We could also note that the floor was absolutely clean. Our 32 year old son, who has autism, loved the bedroom; he switched beds each day…haha. The master was spacious and very comfortable. 505 had all the amenities of a home-away-from-home. We always rent condos when we vacation as we like to split eating in (75%) with restaurants (25%). All-in-all, 505 is great and we highly recommend.

LOVED the condo LOVED the beach view Great sunsets Easy to get to Tampa, St Pete or Clearwater Make sure to read all the details about your trip to find the info on how to get your security key as the building has locked doors and gates even to just get to the condo itself Would stay here again in a heartbeat The condo literally has everything you need for your stay. Just swing by a Publix and grab your groceries
