4th floor beachfront corner condo with private balcony views BBQ AC

Spacious and perfect for our family! Very clean and loved the pool and beach access.

The condo itself was very nice. The kids loved the bunk room and the arcade game table was really fun for them. Great location and the condo was clean. The kitchen has literally everything you need and great appliances. The patio was not clean, ashtray left full of cigarette butts and cigarette butts all over the floor as well. Assuming the ones on the ground were blown during the storm. The recliner also did not have a plug to plug the chair in so it’s not an actual recliner, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. When we arrived on Monday the garage door remote opener was not working. I contacted Vacasa immediately and reported the issue. No resolution was provided Monday. Called back on Tuesday was told there was a help ticket and they’d return my call. Never heard back again all day Tuesday. Wednesday I call first thing in the morning asking for an update, no response or returned call again. I was basically pleading with the customer service reps to give me any additional information so we could utilize the amazing amenities added in the garage and park in our reserved space. No response on Wednesday. Thursday again, no response or help. The Vacasa team then stopped responding to text message requests and would not let me speak to a manager. I don’t think the team would follow with the local management company unless I called in, which who wants to spend their whole vacation just trying to get help for the amenities that were agreed upon. Finally on Thursday I went and bought a new battery and got the garage door opener working. (Yes, I should’ve done that before Thursday but I assumed all the money and fees I paid for the condo rental would include some sort of maintenance help). Once I was able to access the garage my children loved all the toys and amenities as promised in the rental information. Overall, we loved the condo, the amenities and location. We would visit this location again but we were very dissatisfied with the customer service during our stay.

This property worked very well for our group! Bedrooms were perfect to accommodate 4 adults and three small children. Kitchen amenities were good as we had breakfast and lunch in the condo each day. We loved having the easy beach access as well as a pool. The garage was a virtual “treasure trove” for beach toys! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was very clean and had a beautiful view. The pool was nicely sized and had ample chairs/loungers. The grill was big and clean. The beach access was super easy and the beach was not very crowded. The only down fall was that the beds weren't the most comfortable, but they weren't the worst either. It has a Game there but it wouldn't work for us. The kids were pretty bummed about that as they were looking forward to it. The condo had absolutely everything you need for whatever you need. Very well stocked and not with cheap items either, it was nicer items. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

This was our first visit to Indian Shores and we absolutely loved the room! It was perfectly laid out so that we all were comfortable during our stay, it was very clean and had a beautiful view! Instructions were easy and it had everything you could possibly need! We did have to straighten up the garage where the previous tenants mistreated the belongings that was there. The property management was quick to respond when I texted them! I wish all people would respect the items provided. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, I hope we come back soon!

The condo is nice, it’s in a great location and the pool is beautiful. But the condo has a couple things that would make it nicer. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and hard and the pillows are not comfy. I need three to prop myself up. The floor looks fairly new but it’s popping and lifting a little in some areas. I’m not sure if the cabinets are supposed to look distressed but it looks like the condo could use some love. But all in all a nice place.
