Delightful waterfront condo with sweeping views beach access balcony and pool is described as a great choice for families, couples, and solo travelers, with a comfortable and well-equipped space that had what guests needed for their stay. Guests appreciated the very clean condition and the lovely, comfortable unit. Its beachfront setting and easy walkability to nearby dining and coffee spots added to the appeal. Guests especially enjoyed the amazing sweeping views, along with memorable sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The pool and beachside setting were highlights, and the surrounding community was noted as safe, clean, private, and charming.

No problem. The trolly is more than ready to whisk you up and down the coast in no time! When you find yourself enjoying a bit of downtime at home base, step out to the balcony and sip a beverage in bliss as waves lap onto the shore below. Curb your appetite with a homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen, or simply kick back with a bowl of popcorn and flip through the local channels on the TV as the stars come out. Regardless of how you choose to use each dreamy vacation day, Ocean Front Oasis is ready to be your safe haven! THINGS TO KNOW This building has temporary heavy equipment in the parking lot and is under construction. The unit itself is not affected. As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.

This property is located on the beach! Amazing view. Very clean and has everything you need to stay with family.

Dolphins will swim right up to you here! No sharks to be seen. Turtles nest here. Beautiful seagulls fly overhead of your balcony daily. Interior of the unit is okay/manageable. Furniture is dated and not comfortable at all (couches and chairs were not the cleanest/worn out, and if you've got a bad back - the bed could seriously make matters worse as it for me) but it's the beach you're here for and you don't get bed-aches easily, no issues! Likewise, it's not a chef's kitchen at all. Super small. But this place is great for small families, solo travelers, or couples who plan to be at the beach most of the day. Community feels safe and clean (on property and beachside). Used to go to Clearwater but this is way more private and now our preferred go-to destination. Better than expected. I thought the building may have been questionable, but it really was a nice cute beachside community that we would happily go back to. The washer and dryer require CASH only by the way (so bring some 5's, 10's, 20's) or opt for local laundry service instead. GulfSide Pizza was also great. And there is a bird sanctuary a short walk to the left. Seriously loved our time here despite the property issues listed.

We had a great time in these apartments, every day seeing the sunrise and sunset. The apartments had everything we needed and were comfortable. The problems that arose were quickly solved by the manager. Thank you!
