Snowbird Friendly Townhouse with WiFi and Central AC

The area was quiet and convenient, just a short walk to the beach

When we first got there we saw a big cockroach on the door step that ran into the garage. The oven did not work which didn’t help with the frozen pizza I bought. The screen door for the upstairs patio had holes and did not stay on the track same with the downstairs. One of the remotes had dead batteries. We then got our door code changed without us knowing so we were locked out for a good 20 minutes made us feel unsafe to lock the door when we left. Tried asking the maid next door if she changed it all she said is she doesn’t speak English while looking on her phone. The floors where dirty feet would be black after walking on it. The downstairs bathroom had a jar of seashells that had broken glass top very dangerous

In the 17 years of our renting in Florida for 2 1/2 months, Beach Escape was totally inadequate for a long term rental. There was nothing available in the cupboards: not one spice, not even a salt or pepper shaker. The pots were less than adequate for cooking at home on a regular basis..I had to wash siverware after two meals as there were only 5 forks and knives and I do not enjoy eating on plastic dishes.There was NO clock - not in either bedroom or in the living room. The pictures showed two easy chairs and there was only one. The sofa is old and in desperate need of a good cleaning. And the carpeted stairs are just plain filthy and stained. Much of the woodwork is chipped as are the stairs leading to the first floor. The entrance hallway is dark and in need of new paint. While I understand that the hurricanes wiped oout the washer and dryer, a wagon for the beach and a small refrigerator in the basement ( all as originally advertised)) all of the other units had replaced the washer and dryer. Vacasa tried to tell me that these items weren't included until I sent pictures of the pipes. Then, they did reimburse us monitarily for the inconvience of trying to find a laundromat. The patio screen door was broken and off of the door. Once I was finally able to open the door with the help of screwdriver to pry it open, we had insects. And, we had to buy a lamp as the two table lamos were inadequate and the pole lamp was broken. All in all a less than pleasant experience.

This accommodation is most recommendable.It was well equipment with high quality furniture and we felt like at home. The kitchen is awesome and invite for dinning in👍👍👍 we will come again, promised

The price was good for being so close to the beach.
