Gulf front townhome right on the beach with pool and balcony snowbird friendly

We loved the beds pillows and sheets but I needed to buy a stool to reach the bed in 4 poster. Appliances were in need of replacement. For the$23000 for 2 months they could replace the towels and add some potholders. Cabinets were so high I needed help when I cooked. Pool lounges were sitting with backs to what little sun was available thru vegetation. We also had a disposal break and dump slop inside cabinet. It took 2 tries and our nephew on the third try to install the new one. It took2 trys to get someone to spray for large cockroaches under an unmovable table in dining area we had cars and trucks block our garage doors too. Beach was blocked for3 weeks too. Ouch!! Not good.

I rent this place for 6 weeks and it need to be updated. It was very dirty ( Blach hair everywere on the floor and in the bed. )
The master bed is very uncomfortable. Elevator was broke and it was broke several weeks before we got there. It was not fix before I left. The pool broke our last two weeks. The hot tub was broke the full 6 weeks. There was several cockroaches. Most of the beach stuff was broke. The kitchen was not very stocked with need supplies.

The one good thing is the location for us.

The right on the beach access while being away from most of the over crowded beaches nearby. The home has everything you need. Dishes, cooking, a charcoal grill, beach chairs, beach toys, bicycles. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Staying a whole month with my family (wife, MIL, 3 kids at 11, 4, and 2) was easy. Close enough to go out in to Tampa or easily drive to other nearby attractions and fun spots. Close enough to groceries for a 5 minute drive. The only not great was not being able to set the AC below 72. Which is only really an issue for the master bedroom. As that would get the warmest and being from DC metro, I like it colder when I sleep. But during the day was no issues and the other rooms are cooler. But using the ceiling fan on helps. But again this is personal preference for folks who like it colder at night when they sleep.
Plenty of provided soaps, regular towels, beach towels. So really all you need to bring is personal items and enjoy the relax time. WiFi reaches the whole house just fine. So kids and connected world are still at your finger tips.

I’ve stayed in this home six times and the layout is perfect; 3 beds, 3 baths, each room entirely separate. The elevator is a huge plus for luggage and groceries. Room for two cars to park in tandem. What you see is what you get with the pictures. It’s just the ultimate beach vacation, literally steps onto the sand. The pool is available for 5 units only and in my experience, it’s hardly ever used so it feel likes your own. On cool days you can hunker in to the covered patio on the ground floor and still get wonderful sun rays. This unit is my absolute favorite!!!
