Stylish waterfront home with private pool dock

Everything about this house was wonderful. The accessibility to the beach is one of the main highlights, as well as the amenities offered at the house. The home was roomy enough for our party and had space to spare. The high-end appliances in the kitchen were a bonus, making it easy to stay in and make dinner if a night out isn’t in the cards. Plenty of fishing out on the back dock, and the home came with a beach cart if fishing at the beach is desired. Overall, perfect stay and will definitely come back.

Absolutely love this home. It was a perfect getaway with 4 other people. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Kudos to the cleaning team and local manager for having it perfectly prepared and very clean. The kitchen island was our fav place to hang out and cook bfast and dinner it was large enough for all of us to prepare meals together. The master bedroom was so beautiful loved waking up and seeing the views. Pool and outdoor furniture was so comfortable the sun umbrella was great to use to keep some of us out of the sun. The boat dock was in great shape and was perfect for us to tie off our boat. Easy access to get out and about in the water.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach, and it was just as wonderful as the first. This time we brought our teenagers, and what a difference it made—they spent the whole week outside swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, riding bikes, playing pickleball, and going to the beach. It was amazing to see them off their phones and truly enjoying family time. The house itself is perfect for families—spacious, beautifully furnished, with modern appliances and everything you need for a fun week at the beach. We especially loved the primary suite with its own private balcony overlooking the action below. We made so many memories here and can’t wait to return again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The property was spotless and full of thoughtful touches-we especially loved the automatic blinds in the upstairs bedroom which made it effortless to open in the morning and enjoy the view. the The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach or a dip in the pool. We really appreciated the wagon and beach gear-such a nice touch that made heading to the beach so easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable! The whole experience was effortless and fun. We cant wait to come back!

Wonderful waterfront home. Everything was perfect !

I’ve stayed at many vacation home rentals, but this place was new level LUXARY. I was seriously blown away. Absolutely spotless and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye with tasteful decorum. And so much space! Just a short walk to the beach, but I honestly would have been fine just staying in the pool that overlooks the water. There is a park and tennis courts across the streets which made the kids excited. Super peaceful neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants nearby. I’m already planning my return. Absolute perfection. My only complaint is I didn’t book a longer stay!
