Perfectly poised condo with fabulous Gulf and Intracoastal views

Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Part visibility of beach was great. All amenities were quality and wanted for nothing. Would certainly recommend and, hopefully, use again

The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay—it checked all our boxes and had everything we needed in the relaxed area we were looking for. The beach was never crowded, and both the pool and building were very clean and well maintained. A few helpful tips for future renters: Bedrooms & light: The bedrooms have slat shades and blinds, which are fine for most, but if you need total darkness to sleep, I recommend bringing an eye mask. One bedroom faces the interior hallway with an outside light above the window, and the other gets light from the neighboring building. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something to note if you’re light-sensitive. Supplies: The condo comes stocked with essentials (four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent for one load). The paper products are on the thinner side, so if you’re traveling with a larger group, I suggest adding extras to your shopping list when you arrive. Laundry: Beach towels are provided, and they do ask that you wash and dry them before checkout. There’s detergent included for that load, but if you plan to do additional laundry, bring or buy a little extra. Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided and of good quality, which was a nice touch. Extras: The beach gear closet was a highlight—chairs, cooler, and other items made beach time super easy. The building itself felt very safe, with secure indoor and outdoor access codes that worked flawlessly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with absolutely no complaints—just passing along a few tips to help the next traveler enjoy their stay as much as we did.

Home was clean with up to date amenities. Pool and grounds were clean. Only steps away from the ocean. Beautiful view. The only downfall was the Vacasa management manages the condo and the building management don't treat the guest as well because of that. Vacasa handled the management well in spite of that.

I highly recommend Sand Dollar #501. This unit is nicely decorated and designed well for 7-8 person family vacation. Very clean and well maintained. The deck is very nice and large enough for everyone to sit and kids to play. Extremely comfortable to furniture.
