Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.
