Gulf front condo beach access full kitchen and central AC

I loved the property at Bungalow Beach Place unit 8. It was comfortable inside but the bedroom is a little small. It has a back balcony with an ocean view and was just a step off the back common area to the sand. They have a grill and picnic tables. The beach is not crowded at all. We did benture into Clearwater but didnt like all of the traffic and crowds. This place still have tons of entertainment and great food just minutes away with several in walking distance. We got married on the beach and this is gonna continue to be our anniversary location.

We loved everything in this property

We had great stay at the property and really enjoyed our five days in the Indian Rocks Beach area. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and just a short walk from the beach, which was a huge plus. However, the name Bungalow Beaches gave us the impression that we’d be staying in individual bungalows. In reality, the property is a single large building divided into eight adjoining apartments, all sharing walls. While this didn’t affect our overall experience, it would have been helpful to have a clearer idea of the layout beforehand. Several house rules were only communicated through notes posted inside the apartment, such as not leaving the fridge door open (with a $100 fee mentioned) or the expectation to wash all bed linens and towels before departure. These rules are understandable, but it would be more transparent and fair to share them clearly at the time of booking. Our apartment also lacked a dishwasher—not a major inconvenience, but worth mentioning for future guests. Suggestions for improvement: It would be very helpful if guests had access to shared beach essentials such as umbrellas or sun shades. Providing a few communal items for beach use could enhance the overall experience and reduce the need for guests to travel with bulky gear. Additionally, having an EV charging station available onsite would be a thoughtful and practical upgrade, especially with the growing number of electric vehicles. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the cleanliness and location, and we believe that with a few small improvements, the experience could be even better for future visitors.
