Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants. Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite! HOLIDAY VILLAS III AMENITIES -Gulf-front heated pool -Sundeck with picnic, grilling, and shuffleboard areas -Laundry facilities THINGS TO KNOW Due to on site construction & improvements, the balcony is not available for use & the sliding doors are covered for safety, causing a very limited view & minimal natural light in the unit. In addition, the pool is unavailable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, but is open for use after 4pm & all day on Saturdays & Sundays. The pool deck is available to lay out during closure hours, but the pool is not open for use. Improvements are expected to be completed in April.
