THINGS TO KNOW A double sofa bed offers extra sleeping space. Streaming services available using your own accounts. The Madeira Norte pool will be closed beginning May 4th for a scheduled resurfacing project. The work is expected to take approximately one month, depending on weather and contractor timelines. During this period, the pool area will be inaccessible for safety reasons.

Great view, steps from the beach!

The highpoint of this condo is the view and close proximity to the pool, beach, & John's Pass.(The elevators are limited and rather slow.) The condo itself is spacious enough and pretty well furnished, but could use some updating., (Kitchen especially.) Note that there is still some hurricane damage that you overlook from the balcony & there will be some construction going on there as well.

The location was really good right across from John’s pass, the description of the balcony view said partial, but it was really complete full view so that was awesome and lastly, there was sort of a jack and Jill restroom so you share a shower but there’s two bathrooms as far as the toilet and that was amazing I do feel however that if a condo sleeps six people they should leave you more toilet paper so bring extra toilet paper or be prepared to go buy some overall it was very clean and quiet and nice.

View from the unit was great, however, the property was very old and dated. One example; the unit contained a '70s vintage trash compactor in the tiny kitchen. Of course it didn't work, it only occupied much needed space.

Location is close to John's Pass. Great beach access. Lovely, big balcony with a view of the beach.
