The property was very clean and well equipped furniture and fixture wise, but not as well as other VRBO properties we have stayed at as far as those little extras. Also, the check-in time is too late in the afternoon and the check-out time is too early in the morning. I missed an email from Vacassa that said late check out is available for purchase, but you shouldn't have to purchase that, it is just stupid greed. We arrived at the property an hour early so we messaged Vacassa to see if we could go ahead and check in. The reply was that we would get a message if early check-in was available. Well, there was no message and no one else at the property for the next hour so there was no good reason not to let us check-in. Sunday morning, I messaged Vacassa again asking for a later check-out, even an hour would have been great, but the reply was that late check-out was not available so we had to be out by 10 am. Also, they want the renter to strip the bedsheets, start the towels washing, take out the trash, and load the dishwasher. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?

This house has everything you could want for a long tern stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and great appliances. The furniture is comfortable, especially the beds. This house is on a very quiet street but is convenient to everything. You can be at the beach in 10 minutes, Dunedin in 20 minutes & the Phillies ballpark in 10 minutes. Great recreation center within walking distance.

This house has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The pictures accurately show everything. The living room and bedroom furniture is very comfortable. The bathrooms are terrific and stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with everything you need for cooking meals. The backyard has nice outdoor furniture with a propane firepit and gas grill. Vacasa has great customer service and is very responsive to any needs. The town of Largo has lovely parks and terrific recreation centers. I highly recommend this house for a short or long term stay.
