The design is both wonderful and functional, featuring an open concept layout that includes a full dining room and all necessary appliances, including a toaster oven, oven/stove, microwave, countertop ice machine, coffee pot and more. The owner also provided us with cute welcome cups, sunscreen, full shampoos, toothbrushes, razors. One of the standout features is the huge balcony with ample seating, providing a relaxing space to enjoy stunning views overlooking the bay. Additionally, the property is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, adding to its appeal. The owner also had a beach cabinet with a bag we could use and beach towels to borrow. The Overall, The Harbor 407 offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with everything you need for a memorable, worry-free, relaxing vacation.

A large group of us (6+ people) recently stayed at this wonderful listing, The Harbor 407 and it was perfect for our group. We were all able to stay comfortably without feeling cramped or on top of each other, which made our time together even more enjoyable. It was extremely spacious, and every group had their own room and full bathroom. Each room had their own sliding door to the gorgeous balcony. My husband and I had our morning coffee every morning, with a perfect view of sunrise. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and hot tub – it provided endless fun and relaxation for everyone. We walked to the beach often and didn't have to worry about forgetting our beach towels, because the owner had plenty for us all to use. We enjoyed the restaurants on the beach after a short walk led to endless choices of places to eat. We also enjoyed meals on the large dining room table and sitting around the additional counter space. The ower provided everything we needed, coffee pot, toaster oven, even the microwave was a toaster oven making meals a breeze for such a large crowd. The owner went above and beyond with a welcome basket with essentials, but also had a lot of the necessary items already provided for us: full soaps, shampoo, conditioner, razors, tampons, slippers. The owner even had customized robes and towels labeled “Majestic Madeira” for us to use while we were there. We created such fantastic memories there, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to spend quality time with their loved ones in a spacious and inviting setting. We look forward to coming back!
