This studio makes great use of space, boasting a king bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette featuring a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Outside, there is a lovely shared balcony where guests can watch the sunset and take in the salty sea breeze. WHAT’S NEARBY Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. With the 8th Avenue shopping area around the corner, Pass A Grill 3 is a vacationer's delight. St. Pete Beach is famous for its sugary white sands, clear gulf waters, warm sunshine, and hospitality. Downtown St. Pete is a short 15 minute drive and is sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award winning Fort De Soto Park and the St. Petersburg Pier. We loved our stay!! We came in for a long weekend and did not want to leave. While you don't have a direct view of the beach from your room, there is a balcony on the property that has great views. The beach is right across the street and they provide beach chairs, umbrella and towels which make it very convenient. Easy walk to local restaurants/bars in the area. We loved Paradise Grill on the beach. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again in the near future.

I loved the upper deck space. It was the perfect spot for morning reading and for sunset viewing.

Many of the linens had stains. This is a massive pet-peeve of mine. One of the main reasons hotels and rentals use white linens is so that they can be bleached. So bleach them! I contacted Vacasa support about the linens as soon as I arrived. I was told that the "local support team" was notified and they would reach out to me. I never heard from them. I reached out to the support again and was told to wait for the local support who still never reached out.
