We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coquina Treasure. We enjoyed the well-decorated, spacious house and all of its amenities. It is close to the beach as well as most anything you would want to do. The outdoor pool area is perfect for grilling and entertaining. With 4 of our 6 grown children living in the Tampa area now, we hope to be back many times while visiting them!
This is the cleanest home I’ve ever seen. I marveled at what appears to be a professionally decorated interior. The floor plan is open and feels unbelievably spacious, with the only exception being the bathrooms, which are standard/on the smaller side. The pool area feels like escaping to a sanctuary, and the couch is perfectly cozy. It’s a less than 10-minute drive to the beach, and they have beach chairs in the garage. I cannot wait to return!
Inside of the house was very nice. The pool was good but needed to be cleaned.
Best stay ever my girls loved the pool never wanted to leave it one recommendation would be to fix the temperature of the water cause it was a bit hot other than that perfect place for my family
I am not typically one to leave poor reviews, but almost everything that could go wrong on this trip did. We had asked for the pool to be heated before our arrival and upon arriving it was ice cold. I immediately reached out about this and asked if it could be rectified and was informed that they aren’t sure what went wrong, but it would take 72 hours to heat. The pool was also very dirty and filled with debris and we knew that that was a possibility being that there is not something to cover the pool, but the return lines were off, and it does not allow the pool to be circulated and caused us to have to clean out the pool numerous times a day in order for our kids to even get in it. The biggest issue was that we did not have hot water. The property manager let us know that they were aware that the prior guest did not have hot water and we were not informed of this before checking in. It was a disaster the entire time we were there trying to get it fixed, and although they were doing their best to try to make it work it put a damper on our stay. Overall, the house has a nice layout and having three bathrooms was very nice. The outdoor area could really use some nicer lounging chairs as well as a table to sit at outside to enjoy meals, coffee, etc.. They do not supply enough toilet paper or garbage bags for an extended stay so those are things that we had to purchase on our own as well as laundry detergent. I also asked the property management company if they had beach supplies for us such as chairs, umbrellas, etc., and I was informed that there would be six chairs and an umbrella, but that was not accurate. There were only two chairs, one of which was broken. This house really is middle of the road and a few adjustments could be made to elevate the experience.
We just spent the month of February at this Seminole home. The home was very clean when we arrived. The home had lots of room and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill most days. The home was close to many things including several beaches, excellent restaurants, the grocery store, golf courses etc. We went to Reddington Shores Beach everyday we were not golfing. We enjoyed the pool however the additional charge of $1589 to heat the pool for a month seemed exorbitant. Overall it was an excellent home for the past month.
