The private patio offers a scenic spot for morning coffee or 19th-hole cocktails and also includes an electric grill for home barbecues. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you'll need for home cooking. Plush sofas and a smart TV a ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Additional perks include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. Please note that renting this property requires a background check submitted directly to the HOA. There is an additional fee outside of the booking platform of $19.95 per person (subject to change) for all guests 18 years of age and older.
