This location is perfect. Space for all of us to eat and sleep. Watching the dolphins from the decks. Star gazing. Shopping and restaurants are close. Long walks picking up shells. Floating in the water. Closet down below was a treasure of beach stuff, paddle boards, kayaks. Maybe the owner ordered the beautiful weather. We will go back.
Everything you need! Beautiful view. Not crowded. Only downfall is it’s hard going from a king bed from back home, to a full. We didn’t get much sleep because of this. A queen would be much better.
Beautiful condo right off the beach! Would definitely stay here again!
This was our first time staying at a Vacasa property and we were extremely impressed. We have made several trips to the Gulf Coast and this was by far the best. We stayed for 7 nights with our 4 kids (ages 7-15) and it had everything we needed for the week and was in very good condition when we arrived. We had zero complaints. I really can't believe we were able to book it for the price we paid especially considering this was the week before Easter. The location was incredible. We love Treasure Island and we've never stayed somewhere right there on the water like that which made all the difference in the world. Because of this, we spent at least twice as much time at the beach than previous trips where we'd be across the street or on the canal. We were so close that we could easily communicate with our kids from the balconies if they were out on the beach by themselves. That section of beach is also in amazing shape and we had it almost entirely to ourselves the whole week and it was very quiet. Some big pluses for us were the locking/alarm system which was more advanced than any place we have ever stayed at (I liked that we could also have it chime any time someone opened the door which was a big plus for us because of our 7-year-old), the overall layout (having all 3 bedrooms on the second floor and parking under the building), the upstairs/downstairs balconies, having a 3rd bathroom (especially since 1 is exclusive to the master bedroom), the restaurants/park nearby which included a nice playground, the fact that it had a garbage disposal/dishwasher and a really good washer/dryer, and the 7-11 across the street which ended up being massively helpful (there's also a Publix within walking distance though we just ended up using Instacart). The Vacasa staff was extremely responsive before/during our stay and very easy to work with. I had a bunch of questions which they always answered within hours. Also, we had a little confusion with how the lock worked when we arrived and were able to connect with someone right away who walked us through it despite the fact that it was 6pm on a Sunday. We do a lot of cooking and it had most of the kitchen stuff we needed. The only things we could have made use of would have been caserole dishes and a pizza pan/pizza cutter, though this obviously always varies and we check before meal planning/grocery shopping. It also had some things we weren't expecting which was helpful (e.g. laundry detergent/dish detergent, extra garbage bags, beach towels, etc.) I really can't say enough about this place. One thing to be aware of is that backing out onto Gulf Boulevard can be challenging. I didn't end up doing this, but backing in is probably better.
Access to the beach and the view 10/10.
