My family has been staying at Sunset Vistas for about 10 years. We love this property and the amenities it has to offer. The beach is beautiful! This unit was very clean when we arrived and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable.

We didn’t feel safe in this place. I had to call the cops because a guy pulled a baseball bat on us at the parking lot while both our kids were with us, 10y and 1 y old baby. The only good thing was that the police showed up in 4 minutes. But felt unsafe for the remaining of the vacation there. The home wasn’t clean properly. I ben asked to send pictures of the area that needed more attention and I did, I only requested a bucket and a mop so I could mop myself, since I have a baby, but nothing was done. The smell isn’t good at all, I assume because the very old carpet in the rooms. It looks better on the pictures for sure.

we came for the beach and it was perfect for that. had chairs and towels on site to use and unit was a few steps from the sand. check in simple and easy. having a parking spot was nice too. thanks.
