Needs updating. Showers, furniture, and decor. Not what is portrayed in pictures. Layout of condo is nice. The view is beautiful, pool is nice, and it's close to everything.

Location of condo is fantastic. It is a short drive to the beach...or you can even walk to the beach. Driving to downtown Charleston was also easy. Plenty of things to do within walking distance - boating, kayaking, surfing, shopping and dining. The pool at the condo is fantastic. Plenty of shade. The condo itself could use some updating. The cleaning staff does a great job, but there are some things that could be more thoroughly cleaned such as the kitchenware. The condo overall is roomy but the kitchen is small, making it difficult to cook meals and store food.

We really enjoyed the location from the beach. Folly's Beach can get very crowded and Mariner's Cay offered a perfect location to park and walk downtown. If you don't want to head to the beach (which I didn't because it was sunny, but windy) staying by the pool was perfect! We sat on the porch in the evenings playing games and loved the sunrise in the morning. Very comfortable for 3 people.
