So close to Folly Beach! Also, a huge screened porch with ceiling fans right the Folly River! Beautiful views of the water and marina made the stay so relaxing!

Location of the property os very good and net in the patio is a blessing as it keeps bugs and flies away.

I would rate this a 4-4.5 If you don’t care about cooking this is great. As you walk in the colors are relaxing and inviting and it smells clean. The screened in porch facing the Intercoastal Waterway is the best feature imo. I did enjoy our stay here however if you plan to do cooking small appliances available are a coffee maker, blender and toaster. I would suggest that a hand mixer be added. Also bring your own knives as most are not sharp and basically hack and mangle anything you would want to cut. Potholders and dishmat were greasy/dirty and needed to be washed. If you need a dark room to sleep in bring something to cover sliding doors/windows and something to hold cover in place that won’t harm the woodwork. The master bedroom has a film covering the sliding doors that keeps anyone seeing in from outside but doesn’t really help with room darkening. The other bedroom has a white blind that gives privacy only. Not small kid friendly which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some families. I would definitely go here again but it just needs a few things. I don’t know if owners are required to live here for part of the year but I would highly recommend it. That way they have a better idea of what guests might need. Something to put suitcases on in closets or bedrooms would be helpful. Also bathroom in Master bedroom needs a table or shelving to put toiletries on and a towel rack or ring by the sink. Also, what are the open containers under sinks and hanging in closets that are full of liquid?

This condo was great. The kitchen was dirty when we arrived. There had been a spill in the refrigerator that had not been cleaned up, the stove top was filthy (get Bar Keepers Friend to get the cooked on food cleaned up) and the counters needed wiped down. The rest of the condo was very clean. The decor was super beachy and welcoming. We found the sofas very comfortable. Loved watching the boats from the screened in porch with a glass of wine. The WIFI was out for about 10 hours. That would have not been a big deal if it wasn't football season. I would recommend staying here but would also recommend hiring a different cleaning company.

We loved being able to sit on the screened in porch overlooking the Folly River with our morning coffee and evening cocktails. We saw dolphins every day. We also loved how we could walk over the bridge to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was so easy to drive into downtown Charleston for the day as well. We hope to come back and visit soon! We were so sad to leave!

The screened in back porch, incredible water/marina view, and complex overall make this stay so very special. The unit itself is well decorated, spacious, clean, private/quiet, and easy to access. While the tinted hurricane doors & windows are beautiful, there are no blinds or curtains to fully block morning light. Bring a face mask if a dark room for sleep is your preference.
