Beachy, three-story villa w/ deck & shared pool - walk downtown & to the beach

We had such a great stay! Communication was outstanding from start to finish—we always knew exactly when payments were due, when to expect check-in details, and appreciated the quick message after arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs were such a nice touch! It was the perfect place for a girls’ trip—would absolutely stay here again!

The refrigerator was not cooling. Vacasa could not get it fixed on the weekend and maintenance brought a mini fridge. He was very nice and prompt but the mini fridge would not hold our food. Mostly would fit canned drinks only. Vacasa gave a discount that did not begin to cover our loss of food and the inconvenience it caused during our stay. The twin beds in the upper room were more like cots. One of my sons fell thru due to the lack of slats and no box springs. Very uncomfortable! The living room area looks out onto a parking lot. There were no blinds or curtains and we felt like people could just watch our family from the parking lot.

Home is updated and very clean. AC works great! Has everything you need for a stay - even has beach chairs and a shade. Location is great to walk into town and the pier. Vacasa is very responsive with requests. The home has a few issues related to the twin/front upstairs bed and bath. The bathroom leaked down to the kitchen our first night. A plumber was sent out promptly the next day. This is clearly an on going leak based off the floors water damage and ceiling where the leak is in the kitchen. We could not use this shower the rest of the stay out of concern. The front bedrooms beds are also not sufficient for a teen/adult and should be labeled as an accommodation for a toddler/small child. The mattresses are not sufficient for a 5’6 130 lb teen. Be aware of parking large vehicles (suburban) or parking with w luggage roof carrier. Will have to remove roof carrier immediately upon arrival if needed to fit under the carport. HOA will harass otherwise. Same with putting the roof carrier back on - do not do this until the very last minute before leaving. I placed mine back on the vehicle an hour before check out in order to pack and was told we would be fined.

Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, amenities, bedding, comfortable mattresses, lovely master bathroom. I love it there!

Beauifully decorated and maintained home. Perfect for groups and families with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Well stocked kichen equipment. Great pool and dock area. Fantastic value for money!

We got there and the garage door would not open to allow for parking. The refrigerator was not keeping food cold enough for us to feel safe eating anything that required refrigeration. Nobody from the local Vacasa ever answered back to assist with these potential safety issues. It was clean enough, we had a good time, but were disappointed with the lack of basic amenities & addressing concerns.
