The location is perfect to walk everywhere , restaurants, bars, beach, shops. The balcony offers a great view of the beach, which is just across the street with a walkway . The condo was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. There was only 1 TV in one of bedrooms would be nice to have a TV in all 3 bedrooms. And of course there was a TV in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again !

Location to beach was perfect, community pool a little small but worked out fine. Condo itself, outside of some minor maitenance issues which we brought to property management's attention was great. It had enough space for us and was clean and comfortable.

The condo has adequate seating in the living room; no table and chairs; 4 stools st high counter. A table and 4 chairs on the balcony provide extra seating. The view is is lovely as the condo is across the street from the beach. Adequate utensils, dishes, cookware, and towels are provided. Vacasa is very accommodating to renters.

Clean great house! Location was great for us, we had a wedding at Folly Beaches Pelican Watch pavilion and we were 8 minutes away. The food and shops that were within walking distance we great! My 6 year old wants to rent this again!
