Recently updatedDog-friendly oceanfront home, lots of deck space & game room

If you like the finer things in life, look elsewhere. This house is rustic, and when I say rustic, I mean crooked walls and floors with outdoor decks that leave splinters in your feet! However, if being right on the sand, hearing the ocean, and watching a sunrise over the water is the priority, you may just like it. CONS: * The lockbox is on the door into the smallest bedroom of the house. Instead of entering through a living room, you enter through a tiny dark bedroom. Not the best first impression. * The secondary bathrooms are old and need to be completely remodeled. The beds are cushy but soft, so if you need something firm, this is not for you. We almost rolled off the edge several times! *There is a cellar with a pool table and dartboard as well as the washer/dryer. However, it is dark, kinda spooky and not a pleasant place to be. * And yes, the outdoor decks are super weathered, so no walking barefoot or you'll be pulling splinters out. PROs: * Amazing view of the ocean! * Master bedroom is the best bedroom in the house with a remodeled bathroom *Plenty of outdoor space * Really big kitchen with 2 sinks and is well-stocked (bring your own spices) In summary, if you just want a super beachy, no frills place to hang out, then Just Chillin might just fit the bill.

Quaint older home, very clean and organized. Be extremely careful at night going down the back steps- not suppose to use flashlights or light for the turtles preservation- therefore the last steps in both platforms become blended with the flat platforms and we missed them… a lot and tripped- it is very very dark and hard to see. I have reached out with a recommendation- hopefully they will consider it. Great vacation house over all - lots of space and family fun!
