First-floor beach condo w/Gulf and ocean views and two covered decks

We've stayed at this condo several times in the past, and have usually been pleased. This time was no exception. There were several issues we noted the last time we stayed here, but they have all been corrected. The furniture has also been updated since our last stay. The location can't be beat for the price - right across from the beach with direct access across the street, and very close proximity to downtown Folly and its many restaurants and shops. Great views as well, especially from the deck off the master bedroom. And as I've noted previously, it is a 2 story end unit with no one above or below. So it is very quiet. Highly recommend this unit for your stay at Folly.

Loved the beach area and local restaurants. The angel tree was in close proximity of our stay and was a site to see!

We enjoyed staying here. The mattresses and pillows were comfy and clean. Bathrooms were extremely clean. In fact, the entire place was very clean. Conveniently located to restaurants and pier. Place is just across the street from beach. Beach can be seen from bedroom balcony. We walked out on pier and enjoyed seeing the dolphins. If you stay here, visiting Pinky’s on the Beach is a must!

This place was so perfect for our family vacation! It was clean and spacious and was in the perfect location. The views from the balconies were spectacular and we hope to stay here again!

This condo was perfect for Parents’ Weekend at The Citadel. It’s spacious with plenty of room for my family of 5. Great ocean view from the 2nd level balcony. Appliances work well. Overall, a great stay.

The location is perfect for a vaycay on Folly Beach. Everything is within walking distance and beach is directly across the street with its own beach access!! The Condo is extremely clean and well stocked for your vacation needs. We would definitely stay there again.
