Newly renovated oceanfront home with private beach access & screened porch

amazing location, fly beach itself is a tucked away small community. Even then, the house is even more tucked away. Great amenities.

Our stay at Next Stop Morocco on Folly Beach was amazing! The house was spotless when we arrived and the local Vacasa team reached out immediately to let us know that they were there should we need anything during our stay. The house is decorated with designer touches throughout. Each of the three bedrooms has a spacious well appointed attached bathroom which offers the perfect amount of privacy when traveling with friends or relatives. The entire Vacasa team are professionals who genuinely care about their guests. I left my laptop in our rental and didn’t realize it until we were back home in Atlanta. One of the local Vacasa rental agents was so kind and reassuring. She eased my initial panic by letting me know that if it was there she would return it to me.😇My laptop was on the way to me within a couple hours of the office opening Monday morning. Thanks again M! Vacasa’s customer service is outstanding.

House is beautiful! Beach views are amazing! Communication with staff could be better - lack of helping with a sewage issue. But the house and location are top notch!

We loved the location of this house for our annual girls trip. Beautiful ocean and marsh views for sunset. The house has lovely decor and amenities. The public ADA bathroom next door was not an issue. We’d stay again!

The location on the beach is so nice. There was plenty of room for our family.

Four of us stayed at this house for 4 nights. We were all very comfortable. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back again. Being right on the beach was wonderful.
