We loved everything about this house! Had everything we needed! Plenty of room and super close to the beach. I am always going to rent from this place every time I go to Folly Beach. Very impressed.

My three daughters and I wanted to do a short trip together. This house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The TV’s were very easy to use. We did rent a golf cart because we had so much to carry to the beach. However, the beach is a very short distance and it may take 3 to 5 minutes to walk. The center of town with lots of small shops and restaurants was just a couple blocks away. We pretty much walked everywhere. The restrooms at the beach were not working so we’d just walk back to house, that’s how close it is. I loved the screened in porch and spent quite a bit of time on it in the mornings and evenings. I would highly recommend this house and it will sleep 8 easily.

We took our 4 kids to this home and loved our stay. We walked everywhere: beach, shops, icecream and grocery. One thing I didn't read when I rented this house was that it has an outdoor space under the home with a ping pong table. It was great! The house was clean and everyone was comfortable. This is where we will come back. The only thing that I would change was the check in time seemed late (4pm). We arrived in town early and couldn't get an early check in, but overall this was a great stay. The outdoor shower was perfect for the boys.
