The full gourmet kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. At the end of the day, head to the screened porch and watch as the marsh comes alive with birds and wildlife as the sun sinks slowly out of sight. Great house! We love staying here. We have stayed several times and can’t wait to go back. The river view is so relaxing and this house has the best porches, and just a short walk to the beach. It’s so comfortable and well-equipped too. We just can’t say enough good things about this rental- love it!!

Nice house tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Folley, quiet location. 2-3 minute walk from the beach. Would be happy to stay here again, the layout of the house was great and mornings and evenings on the back porch for coffee or cocktails was amazing!!

Great location and very walkable. Enough room for 4 friends on a reunion trip. Kitchen is loaded with spices. Must bring your own chairs, beach towels and umbrella.

Great location and property was well cared for! Last but not least, the sunset views were phenomenal!! The night skies at the beach were pristine; hadn't seen the milky way in a while!!... I might have to repeat!... experience!

We enjoyed the house, which is in a quiet neighborhood. It is 7 blocks from Center Street where most of the activities and restaurants are located and 4 blocks from the beach. A golf cart rental made this more palatable.
