A great getaway for those who love to swim, fish, and sunbathe - Turtle Bay #1 is located on the Folly River and only an eight-minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Additionally, a riverfront pool and community dock are available right outside your front door. Upon entering, you will be greeted with beautiful hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Spend time with your favorite people while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, watching your favorite shows on the living room's smart TV, and engaging in some playful competition over one of the provided board games. The living area opens to the screened-in porch, with seating outside for six, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxing cocktail after a long day in the sun. As you explore the rest of the home, you'll find the en suite bedrooms, all complete with smart TVs, high-quality linens, and central air. The primary bedroom is on the second floor of the home and enjoys its own private balcony, as well as a garden tub, dual sinks, a desk, and a walk-in closet. A private washer/dryer, Smart TVs, and high-speed Internet round out the interior amenities. Downtown Folly Beach boasts a great mix of restaurants and boutiques! Walk to Center Street and enjoy live music, eat at one of the many local restaurants, shop the souvenir stores, and stroll down the Folly Pier. Visit the picturesque Morris Island Lighthouse, located on the east end of the island. There are several parks as well as basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts located on the island.
